Routine three monthly attention very rewarding and helpful

Mike King was very helpful, very reassuring and I thought very competently. He encouraged questions and thought matters raised with him worthy of detail explanation. I believe he is very compassionate and a person with vocation and very caring.

All the staff bar one were very kind and caring.
Couple of points where improvements could be made is to consider where you place patients as it was difficult to communicate with anyone in my particular bay, also staff need to answers buzzers quicker.
